MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) merupakan antivirus pendatang besutan dari Microsoft yang bersifat free atau gratis yang cukup popular. Meskipun gratis namun kehandalannya dalam menangani dan melawan virus sudah tidak dapat diragukan lagi. Dari tahun ke tahun saya sendiri telah menggunakan antivirus MSE dan komputer saya fine-fine aja. Walaupun tidak ada satu antivirus pun yang dapat menjamin 100% komputer aman dari serangan virus, namun MSE ini direkomendasikan untuk anda gunakan sebagai security tools di komputer.

MSE antivirus merupakan antivirus yang mudah dalam install, mudah dalam penggunaan dan terdapat automatic update secara online. MSE antivirus juga support pada Windows XP, Vista maupun Windows 7. Dan jika anda ingin menggunakan antivirus ini, sebaiknya uninstall terlebih dahulu antivirus yang lain yang terinstall dikomputer anda agar tidak bentrok.
